Discontinuation of after-sales support for CCS 1080 and CCS 2000

We would like to inform you of the immediate and final discontinuation of active after-sales support (availability of spare parts and repairs) for the Tunstall products listed above.

The general system discontinuation has already taken place in September 2013.
The discontinuation is due to components or parts that can no longer be procured or replaced.

Successor system:

System: Flamenco and Flamenco^IP

Available since 2006 and 2016

You can choose between Flamenco (analog) or Flamenco^IP (analog/digital) as successor systems. Flamenco uses a centrally installed control technology. Flamenco^IP, on the other hand, uses a decentralized control technology with a digital backbone.

It is not possible to replace individual CCS components with Flamenco components. An overall upgrade (room components and control technology) to Flamenco or Flamenco^IP is necessary.

Compatibility
The compatibility of the successor product with the predecessor product is ensured (except for customer-specific special solutions). Stations with CCS technology can be connected to the new Flamenco control technology by using an old system adapter.

Arguments for the upgrade
By upgrading to Flamenco, you can also restore conformity with DIN VDE 0834-1:2016.
